Apple Chips

  • Cut the apple peels into evenly sized segments.
  • Wash apple peels and discard any bad ones.
  • Dry them in a towel.
  • Place them in a bowl, add cinnamon. You can consider adding a touch of natural sweetener or salt.
  • Arrange apple skins on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  • Bake the apple peels in the oven at 150°C for about 20 minutes.
  • Allow the apple chips to cool before storing them in an airtight container.

Banana cookies

  • Start by mashing ripe bananas in a bowl until they achieve a creamy texture.
  • Add peanut butter and coconut sugar, ensuring a thorough blend.
  • Introduce oats, raisins, and chocolate chips to the mixture, until a dense consistency is formed.
  • Prepare a baking sheet with a baking paper, spoon the dough onto it, crafting cookies of your desired size.
  • Place the cookies tray in the freezer for an hour, or until the cookies set up, allowing the cookies to firm up. Serve the banana oatmeal cookies and enjoy!

Carrot chips

  • Wash carrot peels, then dry them using a towel.
  • Transfer the peels to a bowl, and season with a blend of salt, pepper, paprika, and olive oil.
  • Arrange skins on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  • Roast the peels in the oven at 150°C for approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Once the peels turn crispy, let them cool down before serving as a tasty snack.
